SDSA Asks District 4 Growers to Serve on Board of Directors

The South Dakota Soybean Association (SDSA) encourages soybean farmers to take an active role in shaping the future of their industry by serving on the SDSA Board of Directors. Board elections will take place at the SDSA Annual Meeting on December 3, offering District 4 South Dakota farmers a unique opportunity to advocate for agriculture and influence policies that impact soybean farming.
Seats Open for Election
The following board seats will be up for election at the annual meeting on December 4:
- District 4: Miner, Sanborn, Lake, Moody, Brookings
Requirements to Serve
Candidates must be SDSA members residing within the district they aim to represent. Additionally, directors are required to have produced an average of 40 acres of soybeans over the past three years.
