Soybean Innovation Tour

Join us on our Soybean Innovation Tour on Monday, June 17.

We will showcase new technologies and markets for creating value for your South Dakota soybeans at each of our tour stops near Volga and Brookings.

• Houdek - Manufacturing aquaculture, pet nutrition, and human health market ingredients using South Dakota soy.
• Raven - Raven's influence in the field of precision agriculture has placed the state of South Dakota at the forefront of technological innovation in farming.
• POET Bioproducts Center - A unique, innovative space for public-private partnerships to research and develop bio-based solutions, including biomaterials and specialty animal feeds.

Transportation: A bus will take attendees from the South Dakota Soybean office in Sioux Falls to Brookings and will bring attendees back to the South Dakota Soybean office by 5pm.

Meals: Lunch will be provided. Wood-fired pizza, salad, lemonade and iced tea will be provided at Good Roots

Morning Tours - Houdek Manufacturing and Houdek Research

11:45 AM - Arrive at Good Roots in Brookings for Lunch

Afternoon Tours - POET Bioproducts Center and Raven

5:00 PM - Bus Arrives back at South Dakota Soybean Office in Sioux Falls
