United Soybean Board — Using of Checkoff Dollars to get National Results
The United Soybean Board (USB) is volunteer group of producers who administer checkoff dollars invested in soybean research and market development at the national level. The board benefits soybean producers in every state by focusing on animal agriculture, biotechnology, communications, domestic marketing, international marketing, market access, new uses, production research and sustainability.
The USB and American Soybean Association (ASA) share the same goal of building soybean growers’ businesses, but the two are entirely separate entities. The ASA focuses on influencing state and national governmental policy and receives no checkoff funding.
